According to
this guy, Cap Blanc, which is just north of Bizerte, is the northernmost point in Africa. I had actually heard that it's a few kilometers to the west. I tried to go to that spot but couldn't find it. The only roads I found ended in military bases or closed gates. Either way, Cap Blanc is a lovely hike. Come along!
