Lights

Decorations on the fence surrounding a very impressive building east of the Green Square.  I'm not sure what the building is -- perhaps it's a statehouse.  It has a nice illuminated dome, and huge images of ruins and the Colonel are projected on it at night.  Quite a sight to behold, but difficult to photograph.  And in my case, impossible to photograph because a policeman came up to me and told me to stop taking photos.
