Fancy Lubumbashi

Most roads in Lubumbashi are dirt and barely passable. But near the city center, tar roads abound, and there's lots of foot traffic in all directions, as people walk in and out of shops. This is the view from a balcony near the city center.Another building near the center.

It wasn't especially crowded, but people filled every bench, and at the other end, a group of kids was playing soccer.A typical scene near the city center.
