Yellowstone is full of rivers and lakes and streams and ponds. But for my money, the Yellowstone River, located deep in the park and running at a leisurely pace, takes the cake.
This looks like something out of Jurrasic Park to me. The amount of wildlife in and around the river fits the bill.
Even when nothing else was around (to my eye), the Yellowstone River was one of the stars of a really good show.
